With this in mind, as outlined in our 2025-2030 strategic plan, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our activities while generating shared well-being. To translate our commitment into practice and strengthen the integration of sustainability into our business practices, we have defined three strategic pillars, each linked to one of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) themes, which represent the compass for our sustainability journey.
These pillars are inspired by the principles of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, ratified in 2015 by 193 countries, and focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) most relevant to our sector and consistent with the material issues that emerged from discussions with stakeholders.
At the same time, the pillars are aligned with the ESRS introduced by the CSRD Directive to ensure a robust, transparent approach that complies with the European regulatory framework.
This integration of vision, strategy, and regulations reinforces our commitment to creating a more sustainable future. The Company’s Sustainability Report becomes a tool for dialogue, accountability, and sharing, clearly and transparently reflecting the progress of our journey.
