Vivaldi & Cardino has implemented systematic procedures to monitor its compliance with the requirements of the quality management system. Through careful analysis of the data and information collected, the Company can promptly react to specific situations and adopt corrective or preventive actions to further improve the quality of its services without ever neglecting environmental aspects, health and safety at work, and social responsibility.
Quality, environmental, and safety certifications have been integrated. The Company has appointed an Integrated Systems Management Officer, who acts as a representative of the Executive Board. The ISM Officer is responsible for the drafting of an annual System program, which comprises continuous and systematic monitoring of the services offered to all customers. The monitoring activities include inspections of the units, areas, and processes, along with the scheduling of the inspections, the selection of the technicians to be involved, the prompt management of non-conformities, the analysis of the root causes, the definition of appropriate corrective actions, and the analysis of significant environmental aspects and impacts.
